Refunds and Returns 

Return Policy:

1. Exchanges can be made within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

2. Returns can be made after 30 days of your purchase with a valid receipt. Any product that is return or exchanged must be in the same condition you received it in and in the original packaging. There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returns. 

3. All sales are Final on Ammunition, Clothing, Classes and special-order items. 

Note: Returns typically take up to 3-7 business days to reach your bank. 

4. There are no Refunds for cancelled Classes for any reason. A store credit or alternate class date will be offered for all cancelled classes. 

5. There are no refunds on membership or guest passes. Memberships and Guest pass can be revoke for safety violations and or destruction of property.

6. Pistol and Rifle bays can be closed or reduced without notice if deemed necessary for the safety of others or for maintenance.
